July 10, 2009. Mike Peterson, Dock Street Investment Management, a start-up staffed by former KBC Financial Products officials, has taken over a further CDO of ABS, according to Moody’s. The firm has been appointed replacement manager on Jupiter High-Grade CDO V, a 2007 CDO of high grade ABS. That deal was previously managed by Maxim Advisory and is thought to be in event of default.

As previously reported in Creditflux, Dock Street has also taken on two other structured finance CDOs, Robeco High Grade CDO I and Wadsworth CDO.
